The very old method to improve your own controll over your body, to get rid of diseases that are not cured classically, to recover is to learn to use the deep relaxation. The most interesting state of oneэs mind is the phase between complete consciousness or mind controll and falling asleep, when a person stops feeling, stops absorbing or analyzing a reality.

Most of us can wonderfully remember ourselves as students learning by heart some school material before going to sleep, fully realizing that we absorb the learned matetial and really get it as new knowledge after we awaken. So or close to that is the deep relaxation method.

We go down to deep relax, together wiyh a client, then being half conscious we start speaking about what happened (sometimes it is long ago). And sure, if one is awaken snd under self-control, he is not going to remember the facts that his mind brings up when half asleep. Brings up calmly, whithout any emotion or sometimes with the emotion. And, what is much more important, the mind is “soft”, ready to undertake deep changes. Very deep. The problems that are in this state relatively easy eliminated are:

fears, phopbien, bad habits (smoking, taking much alco, over-eating, agressions, drugs, panic attacks, false-thinking, etc.) I tell a client that when going to waken, his mind will perfectly well remember the new state, the old (or the false) state of mind is not going to ever be repeated. The person is going the waken in a totally new state of mind, it is going to be sure, stable. It is harmless, comfortable, pleasant.

AND IT WORKS.
